Our annual Pancake Breakfast began as a fundraiser for the Cerritos Elementary Educational Foundation, but from the very first event we realized it was so much more. Held at the start of each school year, this tradition has become a cherished way to bring our community together. It’s a morning filled with connection, laughter, and delicious food—where families, neighbors, and friends all gather to celebrate the new school year. Best of all, our wonderful teachers and staff roll up their sleeves to cook and serve a hearty breakfast, making it one of the most anticipated events at Cerritos Elementary School. Everyone is welcome, so bring your family, friends, and neighbors to share in the fun!
